Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds

We use a print-on-demand company, Printify, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team by emailing hello@neurodiversity.org.nz and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Please note that Neurodiversity in Education Project will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or colour.

In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. There is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

Delivery times

Our Welcome to My Brain Cards ship from New Zealand and are generally received within 3-5 days of ordering.

 

All other merchandise is shipped internationally by Prinfity and delivery dates will vary as follows.

 

Shipping

The production time for an order depends on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size. In general, most orders are shipped within 5-10 business days after the order is submitted.

 

However, it’s important to note that the fulfillment timeframe may vary for each order. While the average production time is not guaranteed (holidays and high-volume seasons will cause production time to increase), this number may be helpful to base your purchase decision on.

 

Occasionally, the order fulfillment may take longer than initially expected. This may be caused by one of the following:

  • The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered from the supplier (if the delay is just a few days, the Print Providers do not necessarily inform us).

  • The product did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure a high-quality standard.

  • The order contains 12 or more items.

However, if your order hasn’t been updated or shipped within 7 business days, please get in touch with us at hello@neurodiversity.org.nz for a status update.

Unfortunately, the production time (fulfillment) or shipping time cannot be expedited.
