Jas McIntosh

Jas McIntosh is a trailblazer in the fight for equity and inclusion.


A former Young Neurodiversity Champion, Jas is passionate about politics and advocacy, currently pursuing a BA in Politics at the University of Otago. She’s held key leadership roles, including Chair of Southern Young Labour, and served on the Labour Party's Policy Review Committee—all with a focus on creating a fairer society.


Driving Change for Neurodiversity


Jas’s commitment to neurodiversity is personal and powerful. In 2023, she spearheaded a groundbreaking petition to Parliament, pushing for affordable and accessible neurodiversity assessments for all. Her journey navigating the mental health and education systems before finally receiving her autism diagnosis fuels her advocacy. Jas shares her story with authenticity and insight, inspiring others to rethink how society supports neurodivergent individuals.
