Meet Annabelle: Future Educator, Current Changemaker

Writer's picture: AttitudeAttitude

As a Bachelor of Education student at Victoria University of Wellington who identifies as gifted, autistic and having ADHD, Annabelle brings unique insight to the future of inclusive education. Through workshop facilitation and panel discussions, she's already making waves in how we support neurodiverse learners.

"I could never, ever underestimate the power of a teacher who got me, didn't label me as annoying or laugh, but tried to understand me, showed me love and support, and those were the ones that made me feel like I had something to offer the world."

Annabelle is a sought-after presenter, particularly for teachers and schools, and generously shares her experiences and thoughts in her frequent media appearances.
