Almost 60% of us have been teaching for more than 20 years.

In terms of gifted education, 80% have had moderate or very little experience in gifted education whilst 14% have had extensive experience. 60% of our educators have had no previous PLD support in gifted education, whilst at the other end, 5% have a Masters in gifted education or learning support.

What are we interested in learning together? Our top 3 areas with over 80% keen to learn more are differentiation of learning for gifted students, social and emotional wellbeing and programme planning.
